ONLY VENDORS THAT WILL BE OFFERING SUPPLIES from APPROVED QPL SOURCE OF SUPPLY DYNALEC CORPORATION (12763) document MIL-A-17196E under PR number 1000178798 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) will be considered. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price,5-year base with no option IQC for material from approved sources listed above. NSN: 6320-01-144-3810; SWITCHBOARD, ALARM S; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; and QPL REQUIRED; NAICS 336611 Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) – 20 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct.
