Estimated annual demand quantity is 2051/each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement does not apply. This is an Army Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies. Government Production Lot Testing applies. Export Control applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. Required delivery is 998 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin Critical Item Inspected at Source is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
