The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year base with one 3-year option LONG TERM CONTRACT NSN: 5995-01-618-4531; CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; NO SURGE REQUIREMENT; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 267 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 11 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 21 August 2024. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable.
