Proposals will only be considered from Federal Prison Industries (FPI) which will include 16 NSNs to support FSCs 5935, 5995, 6150 and 6250. PR issued under number 10000186039 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. The base will be 5 years with FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct.
