The requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1/C item with part number 70209-27007-104 and approved sources: Specialty Tool Company, CAGE 56937, Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, M.S. Aerospace, CAGE OUCY9, and Acufast Aircraft Products, CAGE 4GP55. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 1275/each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement does not apply. This is an Army Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies. Export Control applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. Required delivery is 380 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
