This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering NSN 5306-01-140-6752, Bolt, Machine in accordance with the following sources of supply: Avibank Mfg, Inc., CAGE 84256, P/N SS5112-316, Space-Lok, Inc., CAGE 16258, P/N SS5112-316, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 78286, P/N SS5112-316, and HI-Shear Corporation, CAGE 73197, P/N SS5112-316. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSB firms will be considered. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. This is a Navy CSI Item. This is a Source Controlled Item and Procurement Note L22, Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Control Item applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
