ONLY VENDORS THAT WILL BE PROPOSING SEMCO INSTRUMENTS INC (09526) P/N AA3025-4 or UNITED AVIONICS, INC. (61218) P/N UA-1027-04 under PR number 1000173855 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year base with one 3-year option IQC for material manufactured by one of the approved sources listed above. SOLICITATION: SPE4A623R0485 NSN: 5995-01-293-8899; CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; EXPORT CONTROL; HIGHER LEVEL QUALITY REQUIREMENTS; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 145 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 219 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 29 September 2023. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable.
