Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic 13.5 Multi Project with 11 NIINs., this contract which will include (11) NSNs to support the following operational platforms: Screw Cap Socket Head. The proposed action is intended to be awarded basis with one issued cage. The proposed sole source is list above. This item is solicited as Small Business set aside . These item includes: critical item; export control ;COQC ; High level. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin and FOB: Origin and Inspection at Destination. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to (4) options year period. See attached spreadsheet with NIINs and quantities, plus for each NIINs. . Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
