The contract will be effective for a one year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for four one-year option periods. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin for 4 NSN's and 1 NSN is Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. Freight shall be delivered FOB Origin for all 5 NSNs on this RFP. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis.The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
