This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 2 each Multi NIINs (Multi FSC’s) (see attached spread sheet). RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-Year Base Period and Four, 1- Year Option Periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The 2 items are coded as a 1/G. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity for the base year and each option years with a total of 5 years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned for this procurement, required delivery ARO, and estimated annual demand quantity for the base year and all option years will be annotated on the attached spreadsheet to include NSN’s that are listed as Commercial-Of-A-Type and Surge requirement. Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers’ registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
