The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with one 3-year OPTION IQC for APPROVED SOURCEs L3 TECHNOLOGIES (02978) OR BRIGHTON CROMWELL, LLC (3NNX8) PART NUMBER E8CR128-0220. Only Small Businesses offering material from either approved source P/N E8CR128-0220 will be considered. NSN: 6150-01-500-1918; Nomenclature: ASSAULT AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLE; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; HIGHER LEVEL QUALITY REQUIREMENT; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 240 days after receipt of order (DARO) respectively. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) – 48 each respectively. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 29 July 2022. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable.
