The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with one 3-year OPTION IQC for APPROVED SOURCE MEDALLION INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEMS, LLC (67373) P/Ns 12423155 or P/N 1539-10149-01. Only Businesses offering material from the approved source will be considered. NSN: 6220-01-523-7043; Nomenclature: LIGHT, INDICATOR; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; NAICS 336413 EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE, OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.
