This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-014382320 / Bolt Machine. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-Year Base Period and Four, 1- Year Option Periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. General Motors, Cage 7X677, under Part Number 23502575 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332112. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 5830 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements does not apply. Required delivery is 124 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Export Control; current Joint Certification Program registration and Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers’ registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 5830 each.
