This agency proposes to issue solicitation SPE4A6-22-R-0116 for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) five year new Long Term Contract initiative which includes the following NSNs. One NSN is targeted for this LTC initiative for solicitation SPE4A6-22-R-0116. It is anticipated that the following NSN will be requested for pricing for the initial contract award for the following sources cited below: CLIN 0001 –4920-01-494-3736 – 40A, BLACKHAWK HELICOPTER UH-60A, CHECK AND FILL UNIT THE ENTWISTLE COMPANY CAGE 20722 PART NUMBER ECF40002 HABCO INDUSTRIES CAGE 51826 PART NUMBER SK1010 The proposed action is intended to be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Full & Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The award effort for this acquisition is a 5 year Long Term Contract (LTC) initiative as validated during market research for this NSN. The proposed contract will be awarded for a total of five years of performance to include a one year base year and four one year option periods for each NSN. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This solicitation is proposed to be IAW FAR PART 15 for non-commercial items. The NSN cited above has been identified for this current action for the initial effort. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. This will be a competitive awarded contract based on the applicable specifications for this NSN. Best value selection methods will be used for this requirement. The Government will award a single award contract for this action. The solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) by 01/24/2022. The issue date will be 01/24/2022 and the closing date is 02/23/2022.
