Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic/sole sources: Electric Boat Corporation Cage 96169, contract which will include (1) NSNs to support the following operational platforms: NSN(s) 5342-01-268-5660, P/N: 211051892A and Hansome Energy System Cage 51802, with NSN 5342-01-269-6510, P/N: 265377901. The proposed action is intended to be awarded sole sources basis with one issued cage. The proposed sole source is list above. This item is solicited as Small Business set Aside. These item includes: critical item and Export Control. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Other NSN terms are FOB Destination and Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to three (4) options year period. NSN: 5342-01-268-5660, the estimated annual quantity is 23 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 6 EA each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 38 EA over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 6 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 23 EA. Surge requirements are not applicable. Requested delivery is 138 days ARO. NSN: 5342-01-269-6510, the estimated annual quantity is 21 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 5 EA (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 32 EA over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 5 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 21 EA. Requested delivery is 185 days ARO. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
