SYNOPSIS 5 YEAR MULTI NIIN PROJECT Solicitation SPE4A622R0076 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The RFP contains 3 NSNs which are listed below: 6340-00-192-4173, CONTROL, ALARM, NAICS 336413, CAGE 73168, P/N 35008-4, AMC 1, AMSC Z 6340-01-008-7634 SENSING, ELEMENT, FIR, NAICS 334511, CAGE 73618 P/N 35558-2-400, AMC 1, AMSC Z 6340-01-052-0870 SENSING, ELEMENT FIR, NAICS 334511, CAGE 73618 P/N 35612-2-575, AMC 1, AMSC C This is a UNRESTRICTED solicitation for AMC/AMSC ( SEE EACH AMC/AMSC FOR EACH NIIN ABOVE). The contract will be effective for a one year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for four one-year option periods. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin for NSN 6340-01-052-0870 and the Inspection/Acceptance for the other two NSN’s, 6340-00-192-4173 and 6340-01-008-7634 is at Destination. Freight shall be delivered FOB Origin for all 3 NSNs on this RFP. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis. ALL NSN’s are a Critical Application Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around December 29, 2021. This solicitation includes Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
