This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for Bolt, Machine Multi NIINs 39 each (see attached spread sheet). The requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1G item. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is annotated in the spread sheet. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity for the base year and each option years for each NIIN is annotated in the attached spread sheet. Surge requirements does not apply. Required delivery for each NIIN is FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination QSL applies. Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
