This requirement replaces SPE4A621RX548 and is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN: 5325-01-338-4315, STUD, TURNLOCK FASTE. The requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted. This is a 1/C Commercial-Off-The-Shelf item. The OEMs are Space-Lok., Inc., CAGE 16258, under part number M192015-6-4; Howmet Global Fastening Systems, Inc., CAGE 29372, under part number 192015-6-4; SPS Technologies, LLC, CAGE 80539, under part number 192015-6-4; The Boeing Company, CAGE 76301, under part number 3M303C6W4. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 13,910 each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement does not apply. Export Control does not apply. Required delivery is 109 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
