This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 4235-01-628-2149, Spill Clean-Up Kit, in accordance with Sanitz Enterprises, Inc., CAGE 57AD8, P/N AP101288. This solicitation contemplates a sole source award to Sanitz, Enterprises, Inc (57AD8) pursuant to FAR 19.1406. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
