The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This is a 3Z Commercial Off The Shelf item and the OEM is Dukane Seacom, Inc., CAGE 94970, under part number DK120. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 804 each per base year and each option years. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item and Higher Level Quality System is required. Shelf-life requirement applies. Surge requirement does not apply. Export Control does not apply. Required delivery is 59 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 804/ each. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334511.
