The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year base with one 3-year option IQC for approved sources TIMES MICROWAVE SYSTEMS (68999) P/N AE-14881-5 or ULTRA ELECTRONICS TCS, (L1084) P/N 217-812127-005 NSN: 5995-20-002-2607; CABLE ASSEMBLY, RADIO; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; HIGHER LEVEL REQUIRED; GOVERNMENT PRODUCT LOT TEST REQUIRED; NAICS 335991 Required delivery is 253 days for. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - READS: 156 each SHOULD READ: 30 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 26 June 2021. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
