This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 5307-00-083-7026, Stud Shouldered in accordance with the following approved sources of supply: BRIGHTON CROMWELL LLC, CAGE 82SX4 P/N 714146; SPS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, CAGE 56878 P/N 714146, APEX MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC., CAGE 2V343 P/N 714146; and RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION 77445 P/N 7141. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as total small business set-aside. The terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act – Balance of Payments Program applies. First Article Testing is required by Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
