NOTICE TYPE: Combined- Pre-solicitation TITLE: 6620-00-626-2769, Stator Generator, for a Long-Term Contract (LTC)/ Strategic Contract. This agency issues a solicitation for a long-term strategic for approved source: Ametek Cage 97424; P/N 8900951G008, which will include one NIIN 6620-00-626-2769. This item includes: Critical Item and High level. The term is FOB: Destination and I/A Origin. This item is not a commercial item. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery 90 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) option year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 31 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 8 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 41 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 8 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 31 each. Surge requirements don’t applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The DLA AVIATION-RICHMOND is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the following National Stock number: Ametek Cage 97424 6620-00-626-2769, Stator Generator P/N:8900951G008 The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
