This is a 1C item. See attached Multi NIINs document which will list the OEM’s, quantity, delivery, and surge requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required. Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). DLA AVIATION is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Multi NIINS, Stud Turn Lock (see attached Multi NIINs with the approved sources listed). Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is located on the attached Multi NIIN file. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510.
