The requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted. This is a 3/D item and the OEM is Hydro-Aire, Inc., CAGE 81982, under part number 86228-1. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 110 each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement applies. Export Control does not apply. Required delivery is 135 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). This item is currently manufactured by Hydro-Aire, Inc., CAGE 81982, under Part Number 86228-1. Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item. Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 110/ each. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334514. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
