The requirement is being solicited on a Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 3/D item and the OEM’s listed are: AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT GROUP, CAGE 04192, under Part Number SP-0357-5001. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334519. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 105 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements does not apply. Required delivery is 200 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required. Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 105 each.
