THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE SOLICITATION. ONLY SMALL BUSINESS VENDORS THAT WILL BE OFFERING PART NUMBER (P/N) 903589-1 under PR number 1000115367 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-YEAR Base with one 3-YEAR Option IQC for approved sources FALMAT, INC cage 55944, a small business and Ace Electronics Defense Systems cage 5TWH2, a small business NSN: 5995-01-570-5343, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM, HIGHER LEVEL QUALITY REQUIRED; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 128 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 400 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one – 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 8 April 2021. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable.
