The requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 3/B item and the approved source is SSI Technology, Inc., CAGE 51819, under part number 9050-084 REV A. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 84 each per base year and each option years. Higher Level Quality System is required. RD002, Covered Defense Information applies. Export Control applies. Surge requirement does not apply. Required delivery is 125 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item. Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 84/ each.
