This is a 1/P item and the OEMs are Simmonds Precision Products, Inc., CAGE 89305, under part number 20110-0101 and part number EA805FBW2361, and Northrop Grumman Systems, CAGE 79U29, under part number 4-64900-51. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 21 each per base year and each option years. Contractor First Article Testing applies. Higher Level Quality System is required. RD002, Covered Defense Information applies. Surge requirement does not apply. Export Control does not apply. Required delivery is 266 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item. Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 21/ each.
