This is a 1/Q item and the OEMs are: Rix Industries, CAGE 28953, under part number 33-ACNT1076 and Temp-Pro, Inc., CAGE 5M987, under part number SRW-9811. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 201 each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement does not apply. Required delivery is 64 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Export Control does not apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
