Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 21 each per base year and each option years. Higher Level Quality System is required. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Surge requirement does not apply. Export Control does not apply. Required delivery is 162 days ARO. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 21/each. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334515. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
