This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 6680-00-522-6397, Generator, Tachometer in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 19200 139C7804, Revision J, TD 06/17/1994, Part Piece Number: 139C7804. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as total small business set-aside. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act – Balance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
