This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 5975-01-050-5707, Rod Ground in accordance with Drawing Nr 13219E0462, Revision Nr N, Dtd 06/02/2000, Part Piece Number: 13219E0462. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. This is a SDVOSB set aside. Only offers from SDVOSBs will be considered. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American and Balance of Payment Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
