This agency proposes to issue solicitation SPE4A6-21-R-0128 for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) five year new Long Term Contract initiative which includes the following NSN: CLIN 0001 –4920-01-151-0741 –77N, AIRCRAT T-700 ENGINE, DISPENSER, WATER One NSN is targeted for this LTC initiative for solicitation SPE4A6-21-R-0128. It is anticipated that the following drawing will be requested for pricing for the initial contract award from the approved source cited below: BASIC DRAWING NR 99207, 21C7298, REV T, DTD 09/14/1998. PART PIECE NUMBER 21C7298-G01 The proposed action is intended to be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Full & Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The award effort for this acquisition is a 5 year Long Term Contract (LTC) initiative as validated during market research for this NSN. The proposed contract will be awarded for a total of five years of performance to include a one year base year and four one year option periods. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This solicitation is proposed to be IAW FAR PART 15 for non-commercial items. The NSN cited above has been identified for this current action for the initial effort. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. This will be a competitive awarded contract based on the applicable drawing for this NSN. Best value selection methods will be used for this requirement. The Government will award a single award contract for this action. The solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) by 01/19/2021. The issue date will be 01/19/2021 and the closing date is 02/19/2021.
