The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2 year base with one 3 year option IQC for approved sources ITT CANNON LLC , cage 71468, P/N 2603913 or DIEHL DEFENCE GMBH & CO. KG cage 71468 P/N 588-10-000010000. NSN: 6150-00-423-4867, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; EXPORT CONTROL, CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM, GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING REQUIRED; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 175 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 172 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one – 3 year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 18 November 2020. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable.
