Quantity Option does not apply. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 185 DARO based on PLT estimate. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.
