The OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000104930 to establish an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) under Far 13.5. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 3 year with no options IDC for L3Harris Technologies P/N V3-10356 NSN: 5995-01-551-2840, LIGHT, INDICATOR; EXPORT CONTROL APPLIES; HIGHER LEVEL APPLIES; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 168 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 800 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 3-year base with no option, for a total of three years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 29 September 2020. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable.
