This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 4235-01-432-7912, Spill Clean-Up Kit, Hazardous Material in accordance with the following sources of supply: Safe Tech Solutions, LLC, CAGE 1TKG2, P/N STS-25SRK; All Safe Industries, Inc., CAGE 1FZK7, P/N AS4-91201, Waste Solutions Corp., CAGE 07TH4, P/N 11025; A.R.K. Enterprises, Inc., CAGE 04WN4, P/N 11025; and Natural Sorb Corporation, CAGE 05CA7, P/N NSSK025. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 12. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
