The contract will be effective for a one year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for four one-year option periods. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin for all 4 NSNs. Freight shall be delivered FOB Origin for all 4 NSNs on this RFP. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis. NSN 3120-01845357 is a Critical Application Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around June 12, 2020. This solicitation includes Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
