This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 5895-01-529-5122, Control, Received in accordance with Cohu, Inc.. dba Cohu Electronics, CAGE 05157, P/N MPC-D-111. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.
