This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering National Stock Number (NSN) 6680-01-266-4506, Indicator, Liquid Quantity in accordance with the following sources of supply: Spectrum Associates, Inc., CAGE 55723, P/N 9018-2; Lavi Systems, Inc., CAGE 0ADZ9, P/N 9341101-1; and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA 78286, P/N 70106-08006-044. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
