This request is for National Stock Number 6350-015226121 to procure a HORN, SIGNAL under manufacturers Federal Signal Corporation DBA 65063 P/N 300GCX-120VAC; Dynalec Corporation 12763 P/N 702020-551 as the APPROVED SOURCES OF SUPPLY. Specification plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by Government. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures applies in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR6.302-1. Configuration Control does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
