The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This is a 4D item and the OEM is : Firstmark Aerospace Corporation, Inc., CAGE 3BMVI, under part number 510000-5. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 161 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements does apply. Required delivery is 138 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required. Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). This item is currently manufactured by Firstmark Aerospace Corporation, Inc., CAGE 3BMVI, under part number 510000-5. Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated annual quantity is 161 each. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award.
