DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. Approved source for this item is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Cage 78286. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 60 each. The required delivery is 198 days ARO to stock location Susquehanna, PA (line 0001). This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Supply Performance Risk System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A request for proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award IWA Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The DLA Aviation is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for SENSOR,POSITION; NSN 1560-014222283. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336413. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
