Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Origin (FIRST DESTINATION TRANSPORTATION APPLIES). Requested delivery is in 100 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 3,000 PG for both the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 500 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 500 PG, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 1,000 PG, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 15,000 PG. The estimated solicitation open date is 1/13/2020. The Reverse Auction provision will not be included in the soliclitation. A small business subcontracting plan will be required from any large business in excess of $650,000 and certified cost data is not anticipated as this item is commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
