FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance Origin. The required delivery schedule is 200 days after Receipt of Order (DARO). This request is for National Stock Number 6150-01-408-8015 to procure a Cable Assembly Special under manufacturers Lockheed Martin Corporation DBA 81755 P/N 7-10345 and DUCOMMUN LABARGE TECHNOLOGIES, 16275 P/N 7-10345 as the APPROVED SOURCES OF SUPPLY. Specification plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by Government. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures applies in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR6.302-1. Configuration Control does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
