This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering seven National Stock Number (NSN) 6620-01-051-2045, Indicator, Position in accordance with Aircraft Instrument Company, CAGE 09959, P/N 7010004, Moog Inc. dba Moog Components Group, CAGE 1K426, P/N 78600000-01, and Parker-Hannifin Corporation, CAGE 26055, P/N 265-016-001. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. First Article Testing by Government is required. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
