This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering seven National Stock Number (NSN) 6680-01-419-1995, Transmitter, Liquid Quantity in accordance with Drawing 95800, Revision NR K, Dtd 07/02/1993, Part Piece Number 695800-5. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued a total small business set-aside. The terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. First Article Testing by Contractor is required. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
