Quantity Option does not apply. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 180 DARO ased on PLT estimate and buying history. This solicitation is being issued under the Frst Destination (FDT) Program-Shipment Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
