The Defense Logistics Agency Richmond is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of manufacturing and delivering an item (NSN 5995-016863833). This is not a solicitation, and responses are voluntary. The Government will evaluate capability statements to determine if potential sources can manage the full scope, including supply chain logistics, project management, and performance-based contracting. Based on the responses, the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or proceed with full and open competition. Responses must be emailed by 27 March 2026.
